Last weekend Michael and I went on a double date with our friends Jaye and Derek. After we had dinner, we went to a local bar to see our friend d'Averill perform on stage. Her band is called Madera Strand.
Despite d'Av's insistence that her type of music was "Scream-O" (play on words for Emo music, for you non-afficionados), we really liked the music and had a great time watching them up on stage!
